Petition, to bring forward, and vacate or modify, a decree collateral to a divorce. The decree, accepting a stipulation of the parties, ordered that the libelant convey to the libelee her interest in certain real estate, and that he pay her $20 weekly for 240 weeks, furnishing specified security for the payments. The stipulation was made partly in consideration that the libelant proceed no further with a pending action brought by her for alienation of the libelees affections. She married again about two months after the divorce.
